I will be leaving “the Warm Heart of Africa”, the heat and the rain for Dortmundt in January 2012, where I hope to meet many past clients and a few future ones.
It was tremendous to meet up with old friends earlier this year, share a glass of wine and some of the fabulous German smoked meats.
